Great location, clean room, spacious accommodations
The reception area had a strange smell, and the check-in process felt overly pushy about membership codes!!! A clear sign for the hotel would also help guests find it better!!!

The highs and the lows
Fantastic location within walking distance to the train station and Chinatown! The kitchenette was a bonus for preparing basic meals, making our stay super convenient! !
Tram noise was a real issue, particularly at night. The air conditioning could also use an upgrade for better comfort.

Great spot for exploring!
We loved the location! Super convenient, just steps from a tram stop and tons of food options nearby. The staff were super nice and always ready to help. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for quick meals. Just a heads up, the noise from the street can get really loud at night. But overall, great vibes!

Convenient spot with friendly vibes
Location was aces! Super close to Chinatown and other cool eats. Staff were super chill and helped me find my way around. The room was decent, but man, that ventilation noise was kinda annoying. Snack bar had some quick bites if you didn't wanna go out.

Just an excellent fit for a hurried visit in Sydney with good value for money. Reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful during my stay. Bring your own coffee supplies since they don’t refill them in the room.

location is really good, just next to the light rail and close to chinatown! the staff were super friendly and helped us really fast when we needed it. the room was quite spacious and comfy, and the kitchenette was a nice touch to make quick meals. everything was clean and the daily service was on point.
but the fridge was so noisy that we had to unplug it, and it was kinda hard to find pots and pans for cooking. also, the lack of towels and having to leave them out for cleaning felt a bit weird.
